My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is this pre finished or site finished? Also what color stain was used.

    This is a factory-finished floor, and the species is Tigerwood. The color is natural, no stain. It will generally "amber" with exposure to light, so get much redder. However, this house has strong UV protection in all windows, so the change has been minimal. Currently, Tigerwood is hard to find as it was being sourced from areas now limited.
