My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I love this website and really didn't mean to upset Syringa Realty by my post. I sincerely apologize. This truthfully is the first time I've ever made a comment on Houzz and only because someone was interested in something that isn't available on Houzz because they are antique prints and I just happen to have quite a few of them. I was just trying to help someone out. petedanielsen, I can be contacted at believemeg@gmail.com if you are still interested in my authentic prints. Thanks.

The art work is fantastic. It was purchased at an estate sale in McCall Idaho I don't know of anywhere you can find these works in retail. Sorry

I'm pretty certain these were done by the English victorian artist 'Spy' - can pick up plenty of prints in UK at antique shops / fairs

I have a number of these prints available for sale. They are originals from 1870's Vanity Fair magazines. I also have the story of each gentleman pictured, also from the same Vanity Fair. I have never commented before so I don't know how communication works but here are 2 photos of just 12 of my prints.

How can I contact you about buying some of the Spy prints?

I am completely stunned by the lack of professionalism displayed by Syringa Realty. Name calling and wrongful accusations are what children do.
