My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The masonry used for this project was from Robinson Brick ( General Shale) Barnwood Grain Texture. It was a lot variant that did not have the texture rolled per the standard Barnwood.

    Sue--The areas without the eaves incorporate parapet walls which rise slightly above a roof below. The roof below the parapet drains and ties into the roof beyond.
