To answer your question about the roofs, the roofs we build are engineered trusses and are loaded to handle the weight. This kind of roof isn’t that uncommon when you start looking at larger commercial buildings in the area. At the end of the day it’s built very similar to a commercial roof just on a lot smaller scale.
