The island looks very elegant with the type of stove and no overhead exhaust. Does this stovetop have some type of exhaust?

    Could be a pop-up downdraft exhaust system, which aren't the best I understand.

    i love the idea of not having a hood over the stove top. To help with the issue of smoke from cooking i would leave a window ajar while cooking. Problem solved.. lol
