Space between vanities

We are in the planning stages of a master bath renovation to make it suitable for aging in place. We do not want to rework all our plumbing or tear down walls - so we are shifting things around in order to use our existing water lines, etc. Here's my issue ... we are removing a jetted tub. Above that jetted tub there is a large decorative window (about 44" wide x 48" tall). We are trying to work around the window because it lets nice light in and we really like it.

The existing tub area is approximately 45" deep by about 7' wide (there are two 45" walls flanking the space). So, we were thinking that in that space we could put my sink vanity on the one wall 45" wall and my makeup vanity on the opposite wall. This would allow about 44-46" between the two. Is that enough room?
