My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I agree on floor plans. No need to share that but, paint color.....they should share that info.

      Both of my parents died and I would re-do the entire house, it needs to be updated in every room, but the outside needs more love than anywhere else to give it curb appeal and make it an anchor for the block as it is on the corner lot.

      I think it's ridiculous you put these homes on this site and aren't prepared to share colors, materials, or plans. If it's so "custom" perhaps you should advertise somewhere else. People who use houzz are looking for specifics. Just my two cents!

      You've got to be kidding me...share PLANS?! That's their business. Clients pay thousands and thousands of dollars for these house plans and you honestly expect them to just throw it online for someone to screenshot and take to another architect/builder only to have it haphazardly executed? :/ Just my two cents...
