Is the wall wood look material different than the inlaid wood on deck?

The wood wall is simply redwood... the concrete is just gray concrete, sand finish with tooled score joints...

Is there added color in grey concrete or natural color of concrete?

You can have it both way... sometimes we put a little lamp black in the mix to create a nice and longer lasting gray color... otherwise natural gray turns white as it ages....
