The "look" will be secondary to functionality. In our rental house, we have our dishwasher up against the outside door and it can be hazardous to do anything when my 8 year old is outside in the yard. Every time I do something he's trying to open the door. Thankfully the door is metal and the dishwasher is white! Sadly the person who put the dishwasher behind the entrance door also put the stove directly across from the dishwasher - not bright. Two appliances - each one has the ability to block the door = not a lot of functionality. Now imagine a holiday dinner.

An appliance within "door swing" distance of an entranceway is going to get aggravating. With two, it is down right unworkable. The question is not one about "look" it is about functionality and what, if any, impact the fridge will have on the door and the door on the fridge. Imagine an outside BBQ on a lovely day - door open, fridge being accessed every 3-7 minutes by more than one person. If it will be a problem under those circumstances then you may want to rethink the move.
