My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Are the laundry racks a product that is sold in stores or it is a custom build?

    These are 30"x30" but u can build custom sizes,as we have. The frame is 1"x2" with 5/8 dowels .We use heavy screw at the bottom and drill a hole one size bigger this lets the rack pivot on the screw. You just have to make sure the hole is at the right spot to let the rack pivot.
