Can you tell me ceiling height at apex and also where it meets the walls? Thank you.

The peak is at 13' high and the walls are at 8'.

Great idea for the small vent windows at the apex of the wall & ceiling! Can you tell me who makes them and how they are controlled?
I have just started a reno on my place in the high desert area of CA, which has a room that could use this type of window at the east & west ends.

We had the window custom made for us locally. To open/close it there is a long pole with a hook to operate the window:
