This project is located in an area that get an average of 100 inches a year. Most of the year there is no need for irrigation. Although there are times in the summer when we turn the irrigation system on. There is a landscape maintenance crew that comes in once a week to mow the 4 acre property, weed-whack and prune as needed. The client keep the place very well maintained. The plants selected in this install are pretty maintenance friendly, but things grow fast in Hawaii and therefor need care. We have a saying here... "you spend the first two years planting your property and the rest of your life taking care of it"
