Hi, this is my first discussion on this forum. What a fabulous resource!

We've just bought a house and take possession in a couple of months but I'm already obsessing over furniture placement etc! I'm a bit torn with the living area. The current owner has an armoire that they've placed on a diagonal with tv inside. The sofas face out towards the backyard which I think looks great. However I am toying with other ideas of where to place the tv and couches so we don't have to have an armoire as we already have a beautiful entertainment unit.

Would love your ideas!
