My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

This is the 3 inch square Element downlight from Tech Lighting. We love this light because of its level of adjustability and control and that it can be installed flangless (mudded into the ceiling). Thanks for your question and good luck with your project.
