The wall is composed of biodegradable boards called Wall Flats. They come in a variety of patterns and are available on line through Inhabitliving.com. There are several other companies that offer similar products. The boards come unfinished and can thus be primed and painted as desired. The results are fabulous but a professional installer is necessary in most cases. Hope this helps! Sari, IN-TWO-DESIGN
