Recently purchased first pad and gave it a personal touch:
- Hardwood floor (Dark brown)
- kitchen cabinet painted white (new hinges and knobs)
- painted walls
- Granite countertops in the kitchen
- Backsplash in the kitchen
- new appliances, fixtures,
- open up kitchen wall for better flow
