My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Newel and balusters

Any idea where the newels and balusters are from? If they are original to the house or reclaimed, perhaps you would know where I could have something like this fabricated? Thank you!

    The newels and baluster are original Victorian pieces of the existing home. A variety of millwork shops, and custom stair manufacturers would be able to manufacture these for you. You may also be able to try and find something at a salvage yard or websites such as Olde Good Things that could also meet your needs. Here is a link: ogtstore Newel Posts
