What type of design is this and what fabric is it?

    The treatment is of swags and cascades trimmed with a tassel fringe and large tassel ties on the cascades, roped over a wood pole with stationary side panels attached beneath the swags and cascades. The swags are constructed and applied in three sections. As for the fabric I will have to look back and see if I can find the name of the fabric and the source.
