My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The couch is by Flexsteel. We used a Flexsteel fabric. I do not know a name for it. But I can tell you it's a cream moleskin. We chose it because of the ease in cleaning.

I had the same question. I have looked online for a flexsteel sofa like this but have had no luck. Went to Ethan Allen last week and have a sofa picked out but looked at reviews online and many people said the quality has gone downhill at EA. I have had two Flexsteel sofas and love them. Please please tell me where I can purchase this sofa! Thanks!

That is the same sofa as mine. I believe it is Flexsteel's Temecula model. I don't know if it is still available.
