I agree with adelejuiamorris, replace tall cabinet with low buffet if you really need the storage

What is white cabinet? Just storage. Like that right next to counters. Otherwise looks strange. Like table on plan B. Add some big bold art over table.

Do you need that extra storage unit? That is the only problem in the room. Style A doesn't work because the unit is by itself in the corner. It looks like it got lost there. Style B doesn't work because the unit does not have the same height as the rest of the kitchen. I would not use it here. If you need the extra storage, see if it fits on a different wall?

Style B has more free space as the white cabinet is moved.

Could you remove the cabinet, and have room to center the table under the recessed light? Maybe get a pendant conversion kit and hang a shade half the size of the table. Put oversized art on wall.

Which one feels most comfortable when you have four people seated at the table? That is an important factor.

Do agree about hanging a bigger picture no matter how you arrange the table

Is this the only dining area? Do you need all 4 chairs?

That painting isn't permanently hung up yet I just put it up with masking tape for a trial.. However I was wondering if i left it there and added another smaller painting that i have to go along with it. How can I arrange them together with out looking awkward because of the size difference.
I do need the extra storage that's where all the trouble started. I do have a dining room as well so don't need all 4 chairs

What is on the other side of the room? Maybe we can find a different location for the storage unit.
