I like the third layout with the pocket door. The space is limited and the pocket door prevents the door from hitting the comode every time the door is opened. Good luck..

The first layout is good, tight between the tub & shower. The 3rd is also good. What will the shower surround be? How much effect will the loss of the 2pc bath in the next room be?

The shower surround will be ceramic/porcelain tile and glass (glass represented by blue line).

The 2 pc bath can be lost with little effect other than it will be more expensive...

FYI, any of the options can use a regular or pocket door. Leaning toward pocket door.

Just wanted to double check the surround would be glass. To keep cost low the first option will work great. If you choose to use that additional space, the third layout works really well.

for me, the first one is good which associated privacy, when we take a shower, sb open the door carelessly, we don't wanna people see us bathing strictly. The other projects are opposite to the door

Well, to add to the mix, another suggestion that utilizes the original foot print of 11'4" x 9'6". This option has a step up to the tub and envisions a steam shower and tub finished in complementary stone/tile. Personally, I do not like double sinks--but for many people it is de rigeur and the 6' counter provides ample space.

You could reverse the tub/shower, match the counter length and gain a more open feeling on entry.
