My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thank you for the compliment! We don't actually name our fabrics, but give them code numbers for internal reference. They are proprietary and cannot be found elsewhere. We will find out what fabric was used for the sofa in this photo and post it here as soon as possible.

    Do you have that actual sofa in your DC showroom? Do you offer flame retardant free/eco friendly options???

    We currently have a different configuration of the sofa in leather in our DC showroom. At this time we don't offer fabrics that are not flame retardant.
