Butler's pantry - keep the sink and dishwasher and refrigerator - place them all along the back wall across from the functioning door. Put the sink in front of the window there with a counter only and use lower cabinets elsewhere - above could be open shelves or glass fronted cabinets for serving pieces, etc. Integrate a shelf across the end under the big window as shown upper right. . .
If you don't need to use the door that needs stairs, treat it like another window and put the refrigerator in the corner opposite the entry door - it will be the thing you access most often.
If you need laundry here, take out the duplicate dishwasher and put them under the standard depth counter along the range end - clean the exhaust pipe / install new so your lint doesn't catch fire with grease.

On the entry door wall - stack 12" cabinets to form a wall of shallow pantry storage for backstock of everything. If you do need to build stairs between doors, change the whole floor level here to the mid- point landing and have them start at the lower door and finish at the upper door - then you just have 2 stairs in and out - you have the ceiling for it . .
