Around 2-5K I would say.

Usually tall trees that obstruct the front view of the house are considered a disadvantage to curb appeal. I am not sure which geographical area this house is in. Assuming you are somewhere in the northeast or central US, I would suggest the following (assuming your budget allows):

1. Remove the trees at the top of the property. If possible, uproot them and move somewhere else. It'd be a shame to destroy them.

2. Mark your circular driveway with gravel inside and Belgian blocks on the edges

3. Use shrubs you can shape and keep low (i.e. boxwood shaped into balls) to mark the line of the driveway (see attachment)

4. Create a garden of 3-4 ft depth along the front of the house. Plant taller bushes closer to the house wall (as high as the window sill, i.e. rhododendrons) and shorter plants/annuals/grasses in the front (i.e. lavender, black-eye suzans etc.).

5. Mark your front entrance by connecting it to the circular driveway with some sort of stone (i.e. flagstone) or stamped cement

6. Add some accent plants in the center of that front area (i.e. a feathered reed grass)

7. Can you cover the rest of the areas with grass?
