Hello, these were added a large addition on to the house. The doors are very substantial and the lock that is used on them is durable and very secure. The lock on the screens is not, it basically holds the doors together. This is an Anderson French Wood door and my clients love it, it makes you feel very connected to the outdoors and does not take up any floor space so you could put furniture very close to it and not interfere with the traffic flow. This door cost about $3000, its 12' wide with 2 stationary panels and the two gliding doors.
