I'm building a new house and am currently in the design phase. Researching kitchen appliances taught me I was stuck in the 1990s. I had no idea about all the new appliances out there: steaming ovens, fast ovens, refrigerated drawers. I'm most curious about the steam ovens and the fast ovens. Can any one out there share their experiences with this? Should I get one of them? Both?
