My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Love the stove, we just visited a local store yesterday looking at the same one. The direct vented gas offer great design options (i.e. clearance). I am rereading the spec guide, as the person I spoke to did suggest a floor pad. Since this was install in 2012 have you had any issues with not having a heat pad?
