Looks much like a laundry room I just finished. I used upper cabinets and place a wooden top for folding clothes opposite the washer and dyer. Then put the second refrig in the space and then cabinets for storage all around (see photos)

This looks quite similar to my laundry room size and layout. I have a utility sink, upper cabinetry, and wire shelving. I have a coat closet just beyond the laundry room so I do not need closet space. I installed a simple peg on one wall to hold hanging clothes just out of the dryer. You can easily install cabinetry above the washer and dryer, which will hide your laundry supplies You can also put an open shelf above these appliances as well (search for ideas on Houzz for this). You can do a little seat/storage bench on the same wall next to the washer (where you have the dog/cat bowls) or depending on the amount of space, on the other wall, next to the door. Depending on the size of your pet, the bench can be open underneath for the bowls, and have a hinge for storage. You can also do shelving (wire or other) above it for coats., laundry basket...
