Love it, love the choice of colors and the detail in the trim. Wish I had someone creative to finish my basement!

Here's some other photos I took recently. My wife and I wanted the basement to satisfy all our needs, including a fully functional wet bar (in the process of being built), a gym, a play area for the kids, a play area for the adults and an area for watching tv. Each area has its own identity. We are far from the finish product. But have enjoyed creating this space.

Zazfuzzroc -- Do you have a basement that you could redo? I definitely need to hit the gym -- unfortunately, these days, I'm more of a couch potato (lol)....

I'm even more jealous of that home theater!!! lol

@soto, no basement.....yet! When I move for sure. Although my contractor uncle says don't. lol :) I have the projector too. lol :) No room, thank goodness it's portable. :) My bikes in the bedroom. It's nice to knock your foot into. ;) I have a large weight machine, but the living space doesn't allow for it to disguise as decor. lol :) The gym sounds great....although I get distracted. lol :)

Love all of the molding, but hate the green paint. Nothing personal. I grew up in green houses, my mother was all about green everything and I despise it now.

Great use of the space. I love the fact that you used a hardwood (maybe engineered) in the basement, kinda helps take away the fact that it's a basement. I agree with the earlier statement of liking the green color... So much that it might've looked cool to paint the inside of the Millwork the green or maybe even all white instead of the neutral color.
