My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

This is the kitchen, but a wet bar style? Does the design leave counter space limited?

    This design is in fact a wet bar. I would be concerned with counter space if used for a kitchen layout. I might recommend a slightly lesser curve if executed for a kitchen. A cooktop is missing as well that would require space.
