Thanks for being so kind Kelly. I went to the next page and found my answer. We've remodeled our kitchen and have a bar that we are using cooperage hardwood for the top. We were hoping to use the wine barrel hoops as you have the band with the rivets but found out that the hoops won't lay flat without a curve. :(

why don't you try clavos instead? Look them up on GOOGLE…clavos…they have a rustic touch and they are inexpensive and look killer…it's a great alternative.

Thanks! I just looked them up and they would look great! I still need to figure out a band to go around the edge to attach the clavos too. Maybe I can get a roll of steel that's about 1.5-2" wide.
