My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Designing Solutions may write back with information, but I'd like to put my two cents' worth in, if I may!

mgr0012 I can see from your idea book that you're in love with the yellow and purple combination. If you're not working with a designer, I suggest you work with a furniture showroom that has a wide range of sample fabrics available for their upholstery. See if you can find a fabric you like that has purple in it, and go from there.

If you can find some great artwork with your colours in it, that will help to pull it all together. If you would like to work with a designer, showing them your ideabooks will help them zero in on a similar look that's personalized for you and your space.

Good luck with your decorating project!

    Cynthia
