My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

does this picture reflect the fan with a light fixture, or is that another model? I like the look of this and want to make sure I'm getting one with a light in it.

      I bought this fan to use in my bedroom which is 10'x10'. It's powerful enough to make the room comfortable and has variable speeds. I also have an 8' ceiling and the height is fine.
