My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Unfortunately, the chandelier has been discontinued. It is a Currey fixture. If you see any of their chandeliers you are interested in, I'd be more than happy to get you a cost.

    This looks like the Orion chandelier without the shades and I don't think it's discontinued...

    It is also similar to Restoration Hardware's Montreuil which comes in 3 finishes
