what are the specs for installation i.e. the cord length and base? I wanted it for over the sink area in kitchen

    The item comes with 12 feet of cord that can be cut to the appropriate size. The base is a flat circle that has the same finish as the fixture itself.

    It also comes with instructions upon receiving the item!
