Depending on how well your paper is adhering, you may be able to texture & paint over it without removing it.

Word of warning, be sure when you replace your light above the sink that you have a plug installed (I missed this on my powder room remodel.)

I'm guessing whatever you've got behind the doors is not particularly beautiful, so I would replace them with sliders. You could do a curtain, but I've always found those a bit tacky.

Can't tell if there's a bath/shower in here. If so, consider putting in a fan. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my fan in my MB.

I think Oil Rubbed Bronze in a few years is going to be like Brass seems now - outdated, so I'd go with polished nickel finish on HW.

It isn't a very big room. Take the wallpaper down so that there aren't any difficulties in the future.

Update light fixtures, consider a chandelier type by tub. Frame mirror. Consider open shelving on left side of linen closet and single door on right side to hide whatever you need to hide. Brushed nickel faucet and vanity hardware. Consider toilet with dual flush system. Woven roman shade for window.

@ felixgrantham Yes, its a tub/ shower opposite of toilet. We are hoping to leave it be. I agree about the curtain thing and bronze. There is a plug already on the left of the vanity.

@RosemaryR I love the idea of a chandelier, I just worry about hitting it with my head...lol. I am trying to picture how to configure closet with one door?? Ill attach a pic of the closet open.

Yea, nothing pretty in there. I was wondering about doing away with it, but dont know what I would use that space for.
