Other than using an over the range microwave or an under cabinet mounted vent hood, I don't know what our options are for venting over the cooktop. Our ceilings are 12', the tallest cabinets will be at 9'. The cooktop and hood will be on an interior wall, but it can vent through the ceiling. Originally, we were planning to use a wall mounted range hood. Not liking the first two options I mentioned :/
