What is this fabric?

I am looking to give my daughter a "big girl" room and found this picture on the internet. I am in LOVE with the fabric, but have no idea who makes it.

Does anyone recognize the floral fabric on the drapes and duvet? The bright colors would be perfect for her room.

The fabric looks similar to Spring Garden by Galbraith & Paul so check out their fabrics.

I emailed the designer, but didn't hear back. :(

I am hoping someone else might have used in a project and could tell me the manufacturer. I like your fabric suggestion, but am hoping for something with a little more green!
