Is that a grey blue background in your living room rug, or is it green? A grey blue in the living room would look nice with the brown sectional and beige chair and though not a warm color, it will be a nice compliment to your other warm elements and look great with your crisp white trim and kitchen tile. A deeper version of blue grey for the dining room because it gets more light. Another suggestion would be a greyed blue green, again lighter in the living room and deeper in the dining room.

Thank you both! I think my husband would have a fit it I painted the fireplace, but love the ideas (painting, candlesticks & curtain)! I love the sea salt paint color!! and think that will still fit when we change out the furniture (yes rug has light blue w/ gold). Thinking of changing out the foyer light. Maybe a hanging chandelier?? Thoughts?

The foyer floor tile and the light are 2 of my favorite things in your house. I would not change the light. I like the tile grout so much I was going to suggest, if you decide on off white walls, you repeat that grout color but very much lighter.
The small rug at the stair top seems dangerous?
I would remove the black cap & add a touch of red in foyer: an old red hat with a feather on the mirror and maybe a red scarf or purse hanging from a hook. The floor vase might be red ( cannot see clearly), I'd remove the dried plants and have 1 or 2 old canes in the vase. If you do not need the wicker basket under mirror, remove it. That wicker basket might be nice on one side of the fireplace with some logs in it, even if you do not use the fireplace too often.
