Those window treatments look so good...Could you tell me where they were purchased?

The panels are from both Ikea and West Elm (depending on which room/ both cotton canvas and linen) and they were all modified by my seamstress, who added custom fabric panels to the bottom of each for a high end look without a high end price. The rods are polished nickel.
