Dear Chipbon....where is your home located? Are you using the garage traditionally or are you thinking of a living space within? Do you want to attach it somehow to your home?

My home is located in the Broadripple area of Indianapolis; it is an 1890 farmhouse. Half the garage will be used for parking & the other half for a my flower/bouquet business, no living space. It is a stand alone garage on the southwest corner of the property; my address is 1501 Kessler Blvd East Dr, Indianapolis.
