My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What kind of stone did you use for the pool deck? It looks like a Pennsylvania blue flagstone maybe. Very nice project.

    Very close, the pool terrace is Pennsylvania Bluestone "select" grade, meaning less brown or rust coloring. The guesthouse stone is Basalt.

    Thank you. We used a Pennsylvania blue flagstone that was consistent, as well, but ours was not as pale as this. Was there any specific treatment done to achieve the light color? Maybe it was just the batch but I am curious. Thanks again.

    What are the dimensions of the guest house and pool?

    The guest house is 16 ft. x 46 ft. and the pool is 20 ft. x 56ft., not including the stone deck.
