If the showroom does not do it, you can certainly use a draftsman. You may want to look at NAHB.org and see if there is an associate member in your area that has this skill. If not, a design/build remodeler can do the plan for you as well as perform the remodel.

Associate AIA members are not architects (because they are not licensed) but are on track to become an architect. Many will do moonlight drafting projects. Check with your local AIA (American Institute of Architects). Also, ASID (American Society of Interior Designers). I know a lot of ASID members that do this type of work and on a budget.

I am an interior designer and Assoc. AIA member. I design and produce the construction documents for all of my client's bath and kitchen remodels. If I have the as built drawings and the specs on all fixtures and the design intent, I can do the layout and email you a pdf of the drawings required. I'm in San Francisco Bay Area however, and you may want to have someone local do it, but I'd be happy to take a look and work virtually if you're interested. Attached are a couple of bath drawings.
