I need to know the dimensions both with the leafs up and down. Also, does this need assembly when received?

    I need to know the dimensions of the height of the table and width when leaves are up and down. Is there a total of 4 leafs and do they fasten to the underneath so they don't hang down? Can I buy 2 more chairs?
