My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

How do you keep the pool clean when the gardener come cut the grass? Especially since the grass line is so close to the pool?

    If you don't access to, or want to routinely pay a highly skilled mainteance team, you might consider EasyTurf - synthetic grass looks and feels like the real thing, but you won't have to worry about grass clippings, dirt, debris, fertizlizer, weed killer or other nonsense getting into your pool.
