Exposed foundation

In order to use the exposed concrete as your wall, did you have to treat it in any way? Is there a problem with insulation? Seems like it might get cold in there.

    I came here to find out who made the track lighting, but.... you can insulate your foundation on the outside, either with foam sheets, or a product from Roxul made just for this.
