Help! We hired Jane Sams with Decorating Den in Oakton, VA for draperies. She quoted me 1 week turn around time. It has been 12 weeks and we still do not have a finished product. The only panels we've received are 1 foot shorter than industry standard (1/2 inch from floor) that we ordered. She refuses to remake or refund and stated "You will learn to live with them or sell them on Craig's List". We contacted Decorating Den's home office and they told us not to call back. We have invested over $10,000. Any advice?
