I need an interior designer's opinion on how we should hang wall art. As we go up the stairs to the 2nd level of our home there is a wall at the top of the stairs that we want to hang this wall art. Do we hang it so that it's centered on the wall or should it be centered visually from the bottom of the stairs as we look up towards the wall? Otherwise, if the decor is centered on the wall what a person sees as he goes up the stairs is 3/4 of the wall art. I hope this is making sense.
