We are moving to a new home, and need to screen the next-door neighbor's pool from our back yard. We plan to have lots of greenery, but need to balance being budget-conscious with having an immediate privacy effect. There is plenty of room for shrubs, but we'd need big ones, and realize that in addition to greater cost, big ones have a higher rate of failure after planting than small ones. What would be a good solution?
