You can paint that tile (just the border) with a paint made for painting tiles( Rustolium has a paint).

Something is odd though. In the close up part of the orange line is missing...see what a razor does on that portion.

You can remove those tiles altogether and put up a contrasting tile. Tiling isn't hard. You would want to be sure to get an edge tile for that area.

To do that you would scrape off those tiles - repair the wall. Spread on a mastic like putting peanut butter on bread. then put it on the tile and affix it to the wall. when done you would regrout.

I would suggest grouting the existing but that weird tile edging is to large.
